Tracey Schmidt has been passionate about health since she was a teenager. She started working professionally in the holistic health world in 2003. Becoming a holistic health coach in 2004 really helped her to not be SO strict with food/exercise, but to see the bigger picture of life and how everything you do feeds into your health.
Now she spends more time coaching on mindset and perspective before jumping into any program because this is the forefront of it all. She is a master at meeting you where you are and working from there.
She knows, first hand, the struggles of juggling work and kids, making time for self-care and just THE SELF (we all know the joy of having the house to yourself!) and getting rid of the guilt when you want to do anything that doesn’t involve your kids (work or play). She educates and inspires you so that you have more health, are well rested and able to keep it together with both your colleagues and kids.
She is a foodie, a solo mom to an 18 year old daughter and massage therapist as well. Tracey loves essential oils, yoga, anything in the water and being outside, massages and all kinds of nourishing treatments and living/traveling overseas (currently in Indonesia).
She is a licensed massage therapist, certifed holistic health coach and essential oil educator (as well as an online ESL instructor on the side).
You can find her at The Holistic Shabang (www.theholisticshabang.com) whether you’d like to work with her or make your life easier/healthier with tips from her blog.
